RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT TO FIND THE WAY.

I did not understand why my plans for reconciliation and healing of the strained relationship did not work out the way I had envisioned them. I was so focused on my plan to heal the past wounds that I did not hear the still, small voice of Truth. Instead, I kept rewinding the past over and over. I never prayed to God but just kept focusing on what seemed right in my mind. As I prayed for direction and clarity, I heard a still, small voice comforting me, and I felt peace deep in my soul as I heard the words, “Receive the gift!” Then, I knew I must seek God to see the way and let the Holy Spirit direct my steps for God’s plan, not just mine.

Have you prayed for direction? There is a gift for you, the gift of the Holy Spirit! You will hear His voice directing you to His plan when you listen. He wants the very best for you and will give you perfect peace in all your circumstances as you let go. Have you tried to plan your life and live without listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit inside you? Let go of self and breathe in His living Spirit, who will lift you up with His power and strength. You are not alone when the Holy Spirit dwells in you!

PRAYER

Dear Lord, Deep calls to deep at the roar of your waterfalls; all your breakers and your waves have gone over me. I feel rejuvenated and alive as your living water refreshes my body and your Spirit renews my soul. My soul is lifted up higher because of the Holy Spirit who lives inside of me. I am healed in Your presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
