Understanding - The Idea Anchor

We learned yesterday that the first step to receive a business idea from God is wisdom. The second step requires you to mediate on the wisdom (the big picture) you have received, until you have faith in the wisdom and act on it by researching the concept. This step is called understanding, which anchors the idea in your heart.

Following our example from yesterday, when God gives you the big picture to start a car repair business, your next step is to gain an understanding that this is in fact what God desires you to do, and then research how to start a car repair business.

You need to have understanding because Mathew 13:19 states that when anyone hears the wisdom of God and doesn’t understand it, then Satan comes to take away that wisdom. 

If you don’t understand what has been given to you, then you don’t have faith in it. 

The second step in going from idea to launch is understanding, which requires meditation and action. Tomorrow, we will look at the third and final step.
