Day 3 - Care For You

"I will be your God throughout your lifetime, until your hair is white with age" (Isaiah 46:4, NLT)

That sentence really brought it home for me. It testifies to so much love, care, tenderness, and genuine affection. It testifies to a lavishly loving Father Who wants only the best for His child here and hereafter.

This was probably the first of the Isaiah series I recorded for real—all songs I first recorded on my phone in my quiet time. I then later recorded and produced them in my studio.

And this song (the words) so moved me while I was recording the vocals that a few times I had to stop singing cause I was overwhelmed by and with deep Love for the One who had saved me.

The original song was just a short song of no more than 3 minutes. And when I was 'finished,' I remember the Spirit said to me, "Are you really?"

I didn't quite understand at first. But then it hit me: What do you do? What do you say when this amazing Father declares His love for you in such a way? You say Hallelujah. No, you belt out. Hallelujah!! Praise God with joy and all you got! I mean it, SING it! 🙌🔥😁

3. I have cared for you since you were born.
Yes, I carried you before you were born.

4. I will be your God throughout your lifetime—
until your hair is white with age.
I made you, and I will care for you.
I will carry you along and save you.
