Worship

DAY 11 OF 16

The Most Important One

Your choices, actions, and words show what you really worship. Be honest with yourself. Be honest with your family. If something else, someone else, or even how you feel about yourself is more important to you than God, it’s an idol. Ask people you trust to help you make God the most important one in your life. Draw a Praise Picture to learn about a Bible verse that will help you remember God is the only one to worship!

Praise Picture

  1. Get a piece of paper and something to draw with.
  2. Write the whole verse of Matthew 4:10 on the paper.
  3. Think about the verse.
  4. Draw what the verse makes you think about.
  5. Share your picture with friends and family.

Verse Challenge: Say Matthew 4:10 out loud without any help.

About this Plan

Worship

Worship is more than singing and dancing for God. Come together as a family and find out what worship really means! Play games, watch videos and think about questions that help your children find a greater understanding of worship and the Bible. Parents: You may want to supervise your child’s use of the materials listed for each game.
