I Can Be A Friend

DAY 7 OF 16

I can be a friend that chooses best friends wisely.

You’ll start to act like your very best friends. If you choose them carefully, you’ll have best friends that help you make choices to respect God. You’ll follow the plan He has for you! If you choose kids that aren’t godly, you’ll start to make selfish, sinful choices. They’ll lead you away from God’s path for you. Think about Proverbs 12:26 to remind you to choose best friends carefully. Play Memory Match-Up to memorize it!

Memory Match-Up

1. Get a piece of paper, a pencil, and a pair of scissors.
2. Write all of Proverbs 12:26 on a piece of paper.
3. Cut out 10 rectangles from a different piece of paper.
4. Write 1 or 2 words from Proverbs 12:26 on each rectangle.
5. Turn all the rectangles over and mix them up.
6. Try to find the words of the verse in order.
7. Play again without looking at the verse.

Tell Someone: Say the whole verse without any help.
