Day 5 – Perfect Timing
"He has made everything beautiful in its time." (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
Waiting is one of the hardest tests of faith. When we pray, hope, and work hard but don’t yet see the results, our hearts are put to the test. The temptation to take control, speed things up, or choose shortcuts can grow stronger. But God’s timing is perfect. He is never late and never early—He gives us exactly what we need, exactly when we need it.
Maybe you’re in a season of waiting, and every day feels the same. But know this: God is working behind the scenes of your life. Ecclesiastes 3:11 reminds us, “He has made everything beautiful in its time.” If we receive something too soon—before we are ready to handle it—it could become a burden instead of a blessing. It’s in the waiting season that God builds in us the character, maturity, and trust needed to sustain and steward the promise He has for us.
Stefania shared that she had to resist the temptation to force things many times. Throughout her journey, there were moments when finding a quick solution seemed easier, but she chose to wait on God’s timing. She learned that when we try to build something on our own strength, we end up carrying the weight alone, however, when we wait and trust in God, He is the one who sustains us.
Today, her success is not just the result of hard work but of patience and trust in the fact that God would bring His plans to completion at the right time. Her story is a living testimony of how powerful it is to say YES to God's timing and NO to impatience.
If you are waiting for an answer, a breakthrough, or a shift in your life, remember: waiting is not a delay—it is preparation. Trust God and His perfect timing.
Prayer:
Father, help my heart trust in Your perfect timing. Even when I don’t see immediate results, I know You are working for my good. Teach me to walk in patience, knowing that Your plan is better than mine. Amen.
