A Year in Luke/ActsНамуна

After narrowly escaping an investigation by flogging in the previous chapter, Paul is taken by the Tribune to the Jewish Council. Paul cannot be flogged as a Roman citizen and so a meeting before the Council might help the Tribune understand what all the fuss is about because up until now it hasn’t been very clear. Paul sees all of this as an opportunity to share the good news of Jesus with whoever he is before.
The narrative is very engaging and moving gradually towards its end. The chapter has espionage, secret conspiracies, and escapes from ambush!
