God's Redemption Story (The Church: Part 2)Намуна

1 Timothy — Day 4
A co-worker said to me the other day, “You have Bible study tonight, right?” I was so surprised. I hadn’t told him my schedule, but he knows I’m a believer and he noticed when I get out quickly at the end of the workday. If he notices that, does he also notice when I’m short-tempered with a customer, take a long lunch, or do my job half-heartedly? You bet he does!
Paul said in 1 Timothy 4:12 that we show the world what a follower of Jesus looks like through our speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity—basically everything we say and do. No one is perfect, and we all have days when we lose our cool or let our selfish flag fly. But we need to give the Holy Spirit control and let Him use us to show the love of Jesus to those around us.
