An Extra Extra Christmas

DAY 15 OF 28

Worship at the Manger

The shepherds were filled with wonder as they hurried to see Jesus, showing us how worship can spring from awe and joy. They didn’t have much, but they offered what they had in worship, simply because of who Jesus was. Jesus was born in humble surroundings, but His glory shone through, reminding us that it’s not about the circumstances we find ourselves in, but about the heart with which we worship. No matter where we are in life, we’re invited to come to Jesus with sincere hearts, worshiping Him for who He is. Whether we have little or much, whether we’re in quiet moments or busy times, we can always find ways to worship Him. The shepherds’ eagerness to see the Savior challenges us to make worship a priority, not just during Christmas, but all year round.

Questions:

1. What are ways you can worship Jesus this Christmas?

2. How can you show gratitude to God in both big and small moments?

3. In what ways does Jesus’ humility inspire you?
