The 5 - 5 - 5 MethodНамуна
Intro: The 5-5-5 Method
Are you so busy that you almost feel like you don’t have enough time to take a breath? I know exactly what that’s like. It’s that feeling of go-go-going nonstop, at all times, no matter what the pace. Sometimes it’s for a season, whereas for others, that’s life. Wherever you find yourself as you read this plan, I can assure you of this: no matter how busy you are, you have 15 minutes of spare time each day.
I’m sure it doesn’t feel like it at times, but the reality is, you prioritize what you love. For some, it’s the endless scrolling on social media whenever you get a moment to check it. For others, it’s sports, video games, movies, YouTube, music, news, politics, physical exercise, a good book, even a relationship, and so on. These things described aren’t sinful (unless that is, the specific content you view, activities you do, and/or what you're doing with that person is sinful and contradictory to God's Word). It's not a problem to have healthy hobbies, healthy interests, and healthy relationships; but it's important to note that you spend time engaging in them because you love them—you prioritize what you love.
Do you love Jesus?
Then come back to your first love and re-engage Jesus like the first time or for the first time.
The 5-5-5 Method is a simple and practical method that eliminates the excuse that you’re too busy to spend time with God; because even the wealthiest, most influential, time-consumed individuals still have 15 minutes of spare time each day to prioritize what they love. And so do you.
Do you love Jesus enough to spend 15 minutes of your day with Him?
He‘s worth it.
Let’s keep moving forward and understand how simple it is to start spending time with God each and every day—no matter what.
