Saying no is crucial for protecting our hearts from being overwhelmed. Guarding our hearts ensures our commitments align with our values and God’s will.

Are there areas in your life where you’ve said yes out of obligation rather than conviction? How can you protect your heart by saying no more often?

Prayer: Father God, please help me guard my heart by saying no when necessary. Give me the strength to maintain integrity in my commitments and to honor You in all I do. In Jesus name, Amen.
