I Feel I Am Not Acceptable to God and PeopleНамуна
How to be set free of all forms and feelings of rejection and being unacceptable
Go directly to Jesus. Forget about people for a moment. Look at the price He paid on the cross and the blood that can wash you clean. Accept it. Listen to his voice calling you to come to him. Do not look at your feelings. Look at the One who invites. Look at the nail marks on his hands and the empty tomb. He already paid for your sins, emotions, bitterness, and hatred. Accept it.
Forgive. Bring every person who has offended you to Jesus. Tell the Father what they have done. Forgive them one by one. You will notice that there are not as many of them as you thought and felt there would be. Deal with those individuals one by one. Set them free. If you find that the bitterness and pain come back, forgive again and again until the power of bitterness and unwillingness to forgive break. Don't become a prisoner of what others have done wrong. You may feel it is unfair that they are not "paying" for what they did wrong. Remember that this is exactly what Jesus did for you. He did not make you pay for your sin. He paid for you.
Sit and write down all of the things that people have done to you. All of it. Take it, burn it, or tear it up. It is just a symbolic act, but it often helps people finish with the past. Don't take the evidence and lock it in a mental safe so you can take it out again “when needed.”
Pray for those who have offended you. Pray until your heart and your words are in the same place. Take it one step further. Bless them. It is God who blesses. Your responsibility is to bless them. God himself will decide how he wants to use the blessing.

About this Plan
So, I often feel like the odd one out. Some of my friends and family do not really accept me—they probably just tolerate me. Sometimes, when I look at my life, I do not accept myself. I do not want to continue to live like this!
