What do you do when you get good news? Do you keep it to yourself or share it? Chances are, you tell someone. Whether it’s bragging to your parents about a good grade, telling friends about a great Christmas gift, or posting a winning shot on social media, good news is hard to keep to ourselves! This happened in the Christmas story, too. When the angel told the shepherds about Jesus’ birth, they shared the news with everyone. They knew it wasn’t just good news for them but for all of us. The gift of Jesus is for everyone!

Today, think about one person in your life with whom you could share some of this good news during this holiday season. Who can you talk to about the good you’ve seen Jesus be in your own life?
