Finding Our Muchness and Inheriting Audacious BoldnessНамуна
You Can Lead
God hears the cries of the oppressed and suffering, and He appoints both women and men as His partners in bringing salvation and deliverance. Throughout history, we see courageous individuals rise up to confront evil and bring about change.
Jael didn’t kill Sisera because he was a man. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against devils and dark powers. She killed him because he was evil, and when evil came near her tent, she drove a tent peg through its head! She didn’t wait until her husband came home. She didn’t compromise, beg, or politely ask it to leave. She didn’t wait to hear what it had to say. She did not open herself or her household to it. She put an end to its incursion into her domain. She protected what God placed under her authority. She knew which side she was on, and she wasn’t going to play politics with evil. She killed it. Dead. Done.
You've been entrusted with a realm of authority: encompassing your personal life, body, marriage, family, relationships, and the individuals and locations placed under your care by God. It falls upon you to discern what enters and exits this sphere. If evil presents itself, there's no room for negotiation or delay. It's imperative to take decisive action and eradicate it completely.
Go get your tent peg. Dare to Lead.
