I Will Protect You - Everlasting

My Own—I will stop your heart from racing ahead to finish. It is true that the end of a thing is better than the beginning but I have also planned for you to enjoy and rejoice in every step of this faith walk that you have stepped out on, taking one step at a time. Each new step will be exciting and different from the last step. Don’t run past the special gifts and surprises and delights I have planned along the way. I AM coming soon but I promise there is plenty of time to complete the task at hand and the mission and ministry I have planned for you. A lifetime is plenty of time. Take your time—slow down—relax and rest in Me. The work is Mine, in fact, I have already done the finished work. It is finished and already written down and recorded, so sit back and watch as the completed work unfolds before your wondering eyes! No striving or straining on your part will finish the work one day sooner or add one tittle or a single jot to the completed work. Simply be a receiver, an anointed vessel, through which I can pour out My love on My beloved Bride so that I can touch their hearts and prepare them for My soon coming. The work is not yours but Mine and it is a finished work—a labor of love.

Dear One, don’t force us to do a word, a page, a completed portion of the book every day. That is a wearisome task. Let it unfold in My timing and it will be a joy for both of us. You have entered into striving and straining and you are exhausting yourself. I say, You are doing well and have done well but there will be days of complete rest and times away from the task at hand. There will be plenty of time for you to take care of the other details of your life and keep a balance. I promise, it will be finished on time—in My timing and not a day sooner, not a single minute sooner. No amount of pushing and pulling and striving and straining will bring it about one second before My appointed time—so rest and rejoice.

Be at peace in the deep well of My peace. Draw peace from My well of living water. Continually drink in peace, absorb it, let it become part of you. Enjoy the gifts I AM raining down on you. I AM blessing you with an abundance of peace and rest.

If you will let Me, I will help you keep your office and files and desk clean and orderly and I will help you to keep caught up on domestic chores. They will even become a joy for you, not something you put off to the very last. I promise, you will whistle while you work, sing praises to Me and dance for pure joy! Only after all loose ends and unfinished tasks are done, will we move forward on the book. When your home and your mind are uncluttered, you will again be ready to receive and be a clear channel for Me to flow through.

Stop setting goals for yourself. That is the world’s way but it is not Mine. I flow and ebb with a smooth and peaceful calm. Wait! And again I say, Wait on Me. You miss so much when you try to rush ahead. Some of My sweetest gifts are peace and quiet and rest. You aren’t trying to meet the goals of a publisher or printer. No one has set deadlines for you to try to reach. The goals are of your own design and plan. Many are the plans in your heart but it is My purpose that prevails and I have planned your purpose with so much love. Trust My timing, as you trust in Me. Have faith in Me.

I know how overjoyed you are at being chosen for this special assignment but I promise, I will not fire you because you aren’t working hard enough or fast enough. It is already completed in Heaven. It is finished and you have done well. There is no way I would possibly change My mind or give the job to someone else.

My Own, I will not let you stray, too far, off course. I have promised to be your constant guide and to guide you into all truth and the truth will set you free from all pain and suffering—for I have, already, borne it for you. I have brought you back on course—for your own good and for your peace and joy. I have promised that this will be a time of great peace and abounding joy and I will see that this time is an especially beautiful memory as I send you forth with a special delivery letter—A LONG LOVE LETTER to My beloved Bride.

Stop and absorb all the love being poured out upon you and know that it is an unconditional love. You did not and you cannot earn it by good works and mighty deeds and exploits. It was there from the beginning and it will be there until the very end. From everlasting to everlasting is My love, for those who love Me.
