Unleashed—Reaching The Youth Of Your CityНамуна
Campus Missions
Paul was the most strategic thinker and the one who had travelled extensively for the purpose of reaching out to multicultural and multiethnic cities in the then known world. Paul visited Ephesus and chose the School of Tyrannus—a learning centre in the city of Ephesus. The city of Ephesus was the most happening place of the world just like how mega-cities of today are buzzing with every form of activity. Paul realised that this knowledge hub will be the most exploding epicenter from where Gospel radiations will emerge and penetrate the entire city and the continent as well. In our present world where cities are swelling at an immeasurable rate we need to realise that university and college campuses are the most strategic centres for the Gospel to be reached, because in these class rooms, minds are being wrongly shaped and are being exposed to all the new age ideas and theistic doctrines that deny the God of the Bible.
Bill Bright said “If we can win the campuses today, we will win the world tomorrow.” Campuses are the greatest mission fields in our world today. The modern day world-changers, history makers, and trendsetters are inside campuses and it is very vital for us to engage them with the Gospel, which brings them salvation. Throughout the pages of history every spiritual awakening began with a student movement. This generation's John Wesley, D.L Moody, Hudson Taylor, and David Livingstone are walking down the corridors of campuses and it is our responsibility to make them encounter Jesus.
