How did confession go? I hope it went well!

We’re back in the trenches today and we get to start a new phase of our plan of attack against the lies of the enemy! The next piece of our battle plan is knowing the TRUTH of what God says about our beauty. I could tell you what God says about you, but I think even more powerful than that, is giving you the chance to read Scripture to learn it for yourself. Today, you’ll spend time reading a lot of verses about beauty, but essentially here are three themes that I want you to consider as you read God’s Word and gear up for the battle for truth:

1. Your worth isn’t found in your reflection in the mirror; it’s found in your reflection of Jesus Christ!
2. You are uniquely created to glorify God.
3. True beauty begins in the heart and that is what the Lord sees.
