Lead Or Be Lunch: The Power Of Earning InfluenceНамуна
Earlier in this chapter I mentioned that everything we want is in direct proportion to where we want to be. This statement has been a constant catalyst in everything I do; I encourage you to stop waiting for advantageous moments, instead be a pioneer and create movement on your own! To me, this statement defines not only a dream but cements ones place in life as a visionary. If you can envision yourself and your future then the investment you are making now and your passion for your dream will in turn link directly with what you want. Ask yourself if your dream is something you really want to accomplish. If the answer is undoubtedly yes, then everything you do today will enable you to get where you want to be tomorrow.
Visionaries keep envisioning their dreams in an expanding, forward movement. They are constantly adding to their dreams, sometimes before they even complete what they initially set out to do. Visionaries live today, yesterday. Meaning "vision always precedes action" so what was yesterday's vision is being lived out today. But because it's vision and it hasn't come to fruition it can be added to, adjusted and fine tuned. Their vision is always being revised, reset and reached for. In order to be a visionary and see your goals come to fruition, you must take action to live your dream and continue to add to it. Look back to what you have in your hands. Use what's in them as a catalyst to propel you forward. Use your vision to keep you ever changing. Don't stay the same. Why would you? Allow your dream to get bigger and more importantly, allow for your dream to keep repeating itself in larger forms. Always keep the seeds to your greatness in your hand so that you can continue to plant them for a better tomorrow. Use your gifts and all that you have now to propel yourself to where you want to be.
Visionaries use their vision as a catalyst to propel them forward meaning it's what keeps us going. When we want to quit or give up because what we've seen, dreamed, preached etc hasn't happened or seems delayed, we become frustrated. If not for the fuel of our vision we would stop when frustration set in. At the same time we can ride the momentum of a win when we see our vision coming to fruition. Either way, our vision is a catalyst to propel us forward.

About this Plan
This plan is based on David Villa’s upcoming book “Lead or Be Lunch” which explains the power of earning influence. Some leaders may force their influence upon others, but true leaders understand you must earn influence. As a Christian, God wants us to influence the masses in ways that helps us lead others to Him. Will you open yourself up and become the leader God designed you to be?
