You’re never too old to dream of finding a great treasure. Now, I’m not talking about becoming a pirate and searching for any sort of buried gold. I’m talking about the personal treasures in this world that you may be on the hunt for. Maybe you’re a fan of antiquing and love to look for a specific pattern of dishes to complete your collection. Or perhaps you’re a fan of books and enjoy searching little-known stores for a specific cover or edition. Maybe you’re a person who loves vintage shopping and is always looking for the coolest new item to add to your closet. The point is, when we consider something a treasure, we chase after it. We dream about it, think about it, and always keep it in our minds.

Well, as Christians, our relationship with Jesus should be the ultimate treasure in our lives. While the distractions of life can often cause us to keep it on the back burner, our goal is to make it the highlight and focus of each day.

What does it look like to treasure your relationship with Jesus Christ? For some, it can look like setting a time aside each day to dive into the Word. For others, it may look like choosing to be more open with others when it comes to speaking about their faith. Whatever it may be for you, each day is a new opportunity to show the world what you treasure.
