Manifesting the Word of God

DAY 8 OF 31

THE TWO CHALLENGES OF LIFE (2)

I started showing you yesterday that there are two challenges that you are going to face in your life: the challenges of problems and the challenges of glory. Let’s see more about this.

The second book of Corinthians 4:18 says, “While we look not.... “ "While” is a critical connecting word between two phases of your life. “Look” here is the same as “see” which is not just talking of the physical eyes. Abraham could see the deadness of Sarah’s womb and he could see his body's deadness too (Rom. 4:19). However, he did like the Bible says and “…looked not” at the things that could be seen by every other person.

A baby falls many times when he/she starts walking until they are able to start walking on their own. If the baby could talk and you ask how the process is, they would tell you that the process is not easy. The baby would prefer to sit down, but going through that process makes the baby learn how to walk. If you focus on the affliction, you’ll miss the glory. Now, the question is this, “Will you ever cross from the affliction to the glory?”

PRAYER: Lord, I fix my gaze on your promises and covenants for me and not on the negative situations around me. I receive grace to walk my road and receive the promise in Jesus’ name. Amen!

About this Plan

Manifesting the Word of God

If you don’t like what you are seeing, change what you are saying. The kingdom of God is a voice activated kingdom; your confession and your words have creative power in them, because the power of God is in His Word and not in His mouth. You have to speak that Word over your life to manifest them. In this devotional, you will learn how to effectively manifest God’s Word.
