Let your love remind them they are full of purpose and destined to make a difference. Let it inspire courage and give them confidence that you have their back always. Let your love settle them and bring peace during a stormy season. Let it be a reminder to them that they are an overcomer.

In Luke 15: 11-24, we see how the power of a father's love brought back a lost son and restored his position and purpose.

It is what our heavenly father did for us through Jesus and continues to do for you and me every time we miss the mark.

Love is what leads to repentance and change. Not rules. Not religion.

Your love for your child can shift their perspective and outlook during difficult times. It can assure them that the sun always shines and joy comes with the morning.

No matter where your child has been or how badly they have messed things up, they will open up their heart if they can trust your love for them, and if you have their heart, you can influence their life.
