How to Ignite Your LifeНамуна
Which Crowd Are You Following?
For the most part, American Christians are now people of faith, living without faith, and unable to share their faith. It’s time to take charge of your personal relationship with God and come out from among those who are treading water and getting tired. If we’re in the last days heading to the Anti-Christ, anything less than wholehearted faith is not going to serve you well.
Romans 5:1-2 give us a glorious picture of who we are in Christ and how we should be living our lives: Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory.
This scripture is worth reading repeatedly because it summarizes, in one verse, what our lives here on earth should look like from the time of our salvation to our last breath. We’ve been made right (in God’s sight), we have peace, faith, undeserved privilege, and we joyfully (not reluctantly) look forward to sharing (our faith) God’s glory.
This is the standard by which we all should be living our lives. This is what life looks like when you take the plunge into allowing God to wholly and completely become the Lord of your life. When you’re all in, you’ll be shouting it from the housetops. And if you’re not doing that, you’re not there yet. The degree to which you share your faith is your best barometer for self-judging your personal relationship with God.
Then those who gladly received his word were baptized, and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. -Acts 2:41, MEV
And now, little children, remain in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him when He comes. - 1 John 2:28, MEV
