Our first priority as Christians is to love each other with a deep and earnest love. This can only be found in Jesus' agape love. We need to strive to achieve this love for others above anything else. With this love comes forgiveness that can cover a multitude of sins. How many is a multitude?

Action Steps

Look at how much God has forgiven you in your life and how much that forgiveness has brought you closer to Him. A successful and godly marriage is built on the act of forgiveness. Search your heart today and see if there is anything you need your spouse to forgive you for. Ask your spouse if you’ve offended them in any way. Then, moving forward, make it a challenge to use the agape love Christ has given you to forgive deeply and frequently as quickly as possible when offenses come so you may have the kind of forgiving marriage God wants you to have.
