Reflections On HopeНамуна

As you reflect on your present circumstance, do you believe in the Word of God which tells you not to fear for He has saved you? Do you believe that you will not drown, be burned up, consumed, or left alone when all the world has turned against you?
He is the Lord, your God, your Saviour, your Redeemer, and He declares to you today: ‘Do not be afraid’. He has already saved you, regardless of your present and future circumstances, and He has already declared that ‘you are mine’. We know and quote Romans 8:31 to ourselves often, “If God is for us, who can be against us?” (NIV). But do we really believe in the hope that is made so easily available to us, which covers all our fears and removes all obstacles to our peace?
Listen today to the Lord who created you, who knows you by name, and who has ransomed you so you may be free. Believe in His Words, trust in His salvation, and above all things, hold to the life-giving hope of our Lord and Saviour.
May you be blessed and your hearts be uplifted as you take hold of this truth today.
