How to Be a Christian in Your Work and Society?Намуна
How to find the right words? 🗣️
What is the most important tool to help you integrate your faith into your business or career? The right attitude. So many Christians want to share the Gospel with their friends, teammates, and coworkers, but they don’t know how. I used to feel so guilty when I didn’t spot the right opportunity to share my testimony or something great about Jesus.
Have you ever felt this way?
I had a hard time finding the right time and the right words to win them to Christ. To be totally honest with you, the whole evangelism thing stressed me out until I found the secret to soul-winning: “‘for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.’” (Luke 12:12, NIV) God promises to give you the words. I’ll never forget the day God gave me a new approach to soul-winning. He clearly spoke to me: “add value to everyone that you meet.” I learned to show love, honor, and respect. I helped the poor and counseled the brokenhearted. I encourage you to add value to people every day.
The second approach that really freed me up was to be full of the Spirit every day and then pour Him out to everyone I meet. Are you full of the Spirit? The Bible commands us to “Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit.” (Ephesians 5:18, NIV).
After I changed my focus to being full of the Spirit and adding value, something amazing happened: winning people to Christ became a byproduct of loving them and adding value to their lives. I don’t chase them anymore, nor do I feel stressed. I enjoy loving people, and they come to me.
Would you like to try this new approach? I believe you will enjoy influencing friends, family members, and coworkers to accept Christ because you are a miracle.
