Move with Purpose: “This is my Why?”
The questions “What is my purpose in life?” and “How can I be happy?” are actually very similar and have the same answers. You can never truly understand how to find your purpose by listening to others’ opinions and seeking outside approval.
Did you know there is purpose in everything and that includes you? Whether you are in full-time ministry, a stay-at-home mom, host an influential podcast, or run a Fortune 500 company as the CEO, God has a purpose for every season you are in. The talents and passions that you were given are not only about you. They are so God can use you as a vessel so that He will be glorified on earth.
The marketplace around you is your mission field. Your job or talent is the platform you will use to communicate new life to the world around you.
Queen, did you know that everything you need is already within you? Most likely the only thing that is holding you back is YOU.
If you want to know what you were placed on this planet for, you must seek the Creator. The reason we are on this earth and still living and breathing is not to prove to our social media followers that we are “living our best life”. The sole reason you are still here is that it is God’s plan and purpose for you to help Him advance the Kingdom of heaven here on earth.
Finding your purpose is nothing more than just being who you are. Take the time now to figure out who that is and bring this version of yourself into every single thing you do. You'll be shocked at the impact you naturally create.
I am going to make this very simple. What you love to do and what you are good at is part of your calling and purpose. God isn't going to call you to something you hate to do. Psalms 139:13-14 ESV says, "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made."
Why would the God that formed your inward parts; your heart, mind, and soul allow your purpose to be something that you hated? Regardless of your background or upbringing you were made for more and you are awesomely and amazingly great. God does not make mistakes and you were chosen for such a time as this. Take the time to ask God what He intended for your life.
Your purpose will always be bigger than you and will be rooted in service and reaching more than your inner circle. Your identity does not start at birth. It started before heaven and earth was created. Finding your purpose always begins with seeking God.
Prayer: God as we begin to take steps in the direction of our purpose, we ask that You give us wisdom, insight and patience. We ask in faith that as Your word promises us, that You will give us wisdom in every small and big decision as we further step into our purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
About this Plan
As Queens, we must stay engaged in prayer and in the spiritual battle that overtakes enemy forces attempting to prevail against our families, jobs, communities, and our nation. Through prayer, purpose, persistence and praise you can win this battle. Being aware of the real battle at hand should be the priority of every woman and every Queen on God’s chessboard of life.
