Real Hope: True SuccessНамуна
It's About the Journey, Not the Destination
My fingers hovered over the keys, frozen in uncertainty. I knew that I had been invited into this moment, into this conversation. It was a conversation I knew well. I was living the very topic I was poised to write about, yet I didn’t know where to begin. I didn’t know at what point in this journey I was supposed to start. I just knew I needed to start.
So, I pressed a key. Then another. And another. I let what the Holy Spirit had called me to do to flow from my mind through my hands and I began.
Often, we define success by the finished product, by the achievement, by the attainment of some lofty dream. We think once we have achieved that promotion or our business has reached a certain revenue point, or we finally find that spouse we have hoped for, then our lives will be complete. We can count ourselves successful. But we have the concept of success all wrong. We serve a Father who is far more concerned with the journey than the destination. Far more concerned with your character than your successes. To Him, all that matters is that we begin.
What is God asking you to begin?

About this Plan
We live in a world that equates success with status, money, power, position, and influence. However, this is not the success that our heavenly father desires for us. In this plan we will explore what success looks like from God's point of view.
