Christmas in 3 ActsНамуна
Experience
Take a moment to scroll through your photos and videos today. Find some that bring a smile or even make you laugh out loud. Be grateful for the gift of humor. You might even then think more deeply about those moments and take the time to consider how they have deepened and developed your life.
Practice
Lamentations 3: 22-24 are “refrigerator door verses”. They are very “cut and paste-able” but they are also revolutionary.
Creating a daily practice informed by these verses with a celebration of God’s generosity could revolutionize your life.
It may be that you don’t get out of bed each morning till you name 10 or 20 things for which to thank God.
Or, it might mean that you refuse to turn your phone on before you have started your day with “blessings counting.”
Whatever you create, see how it shapes and determines your day’s trajectory.
Question
When was the last time you waited quietly before the Lord (v26) and refused to move until you sensed Him “coming near” (v57)?
Pray
I choose to open my hands with joy, to receive afresh Your love and mercy, which is new each morning.

About this Plan
In this Advent Infinitum Series, we will be using the themes of Tragedy, Comedy and Fairytale. They will act as doorways into a deeper understanding of surrender, generosity, and mission. Each theme lasts 7 days. The first day will be an introduction. Days 2 to 6 will give you a reading, an experience, a practice, a question, and a prayer. Day 7 is Sabbath, consolidation, review, and recollection.
