Father, I know that there are areas of my life that You want to prune – I say ‘yes’. Please help me not to resist You.
God chose us for fruitfulness, and so He prunes live branches and cuts off dead wood. It can be painful, but the aim is for good and lasting fruit. It takes trust in the goodness of God to submit willingly to His pruning.
