How to Navigate a StormНамуна
Day 4 Devotional
Fourth Principle: NAVIGATE LIFE WITH A TEAM OF FRIENDS
Life is not designed to navigate it alone. We need a support team, a family and a home. Also, a team of friends who can share our faith and help each other amid the problems.
At the beginning of His public ministry Jesus "called those he wanted to accompany him and all of them came to him" (Mark 3:13). This group of disciples accompanied Jesus and He strengthened them in their walk. They became close friends and later continued together with the work of spreading the Gospel of Christ to the whole world.
The principle is this: storms should not be navigated in isolation. You need to have support, first is your family that must be living in order and in harmony, but you also need to belong to a group of friends who navigate life together.
During difficult times we need friends who believe and understand who we are, who we want to please, and where we want to go. They can encourage us with their friendship and faith. Pray and search to find this support group in your life.
