Weak Is the New StrongНамуна
How would you feel if you were in a difficult situation that was inescapable?
As a child, I was abused by my biological father for a short time. I remember him shutting me in the bathroom. I was trapped in there as the doorknob was unreachable. This incident defined my life of being trapped in a body of weakness. The doorknob represented unopened doors of opportunity in my career, unable to have deep intimacy in relationships and knowing that I could never accomplish my goals due to feeling imprisoned in my weaknesses. As the Proverb explains, I saw myself trapped so I was trapped. When you feel trapped in a situation, you develop the unhealthy thought process that life will always be that way because this is the way it has always been.
But the truth is Jesus sympathizes with human weakness because as the saying goes “he’s been there, done that and bought the t-shirt.” He entered our prison of weakness, experienced our weakness until death then He freed us out of imprisonment by rising from the grave! His life is now your life. His resurrection power is now yours. I started fully trusting God with my deepest weaknesses like Cerebral Palsy because He entered my state of human weakness to sympathize. This gave me the confidence that his grace, unmerited favor, is available to me for not just a few parts of my life but for my life in its entirety.

About this Plan
What if you didn’t have to hide your weaknesses anymore? Todd Lollar was never given that option. Slow-moving, slower-talking, cerebral-palsied, and wheelchair-bound, Todd’s physical weaknesses were always apparent. Escaping them was impossible. This plan is based on Todd's book, Weak Is The New Strong: God's Power In You. Discover on this biblical journey how your deepest weaknesses can be your greatest strengths.
