2 Samuel

DAY 31 OF 35

Questions to consider:

1. What does this passage teach you about God?

2. What does this teach you about humanity and the world?

3. In verse 5, David recalls the covenant God made with him. What were the promises God made with David? (Think back to 2 Samuel 7.)

4. David remembers the men who have been faithful to him and to God. Who in your life have you seen reflect God’s faithfulness? Ask God who you can be reminding today about his faithfulness.

Let’s pray:

God, I confess that I forget how faithful you have been to me. Please help me to be reminded of your faithfulness today. God, thank you for putting people in my life who have reminded me of who you are.
