[20:20 Vision] TriangleНамуна
Evaluate And Elevate Your Perspective
The goal of our lives is to get to know God and grow in our relationship with Him. In order to do that, we need to see the second side of this triangle, called PERSPECTIVE. We need to evaluate our perspective. Have you done so? If we evaluate our pace and our perspective and modify what needs to be modified, we end up with the right pace and the right perspective, which leads us to a firm foundation.
What is perspective? Perspective is the angle or direction from which a person looks at an object. In 2 Chronicles 20:20–21 we see the people of Judah and Jerusalem go into battle, and some of them were appointed to sing and praise the splendor and holiness of the Lord. The worshippers were leading the battle. We find a new perspective there, in that passage of Scripture: that God is able to defend his people. If we have the right perspective, we know that God is fighting our battles, that God is at work for us, that God is going ahead of us. The right perspective will build in us a heart of worship. When we are going into a battle, we want to lead with worship. We want to lead with singing. We want to lead with a perspective of saying, “God, you are incredible. We are not. We need You.”
We should seek to walk with God in such a way that we would see His perspective, His leading. We must trade fear for victory. There are many things to fear in today’s world, but we need to believe and declare that we have victory in Jesus Christ. God is sovereign, great, and mighty. It is time for us to change our perspective, to look at Him, and to believe in what He can do.
What is our perspective? We can choose from a perspective of victory in the spirit, or we can depend on our flesh. A life of godly victory results in a godly legacy. If we do the right thing, we will be remembered for the right things. In order to develop the right legacy, we must always do the right things.
Thought of the Day: We need to have the right perspective by elevating our perspective. God is the One who is victorious; we are going to follow Him and trust in Him. That is the right perspective.

About this Plan
Every new year is a God-given opportunity for us to evaluate our lives and do what we are called to do as His children—love Him and love people. A new year brings a new opportunity to evaluate our pace and our perspective based on the cross and the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for us all.
