Love Is

While we are looking at building a strong foundation for marriage, we have to turn at least once to this familiar passage. Perhaps the most difficult of all of these is found in verse 5 where Paul writes that love keeps no record of wrongs. How often do you throw up the past as soon as you get into a fight? If that's part of the measure of love, I think most of us have some growing to do. In fact, many of the things on this list are challenging!

Take a few minutes to list these descriptions of love on a sheet of paper and circle the ones that you need to work on the most. Then tuck that sheet of paper into your pocket as a reminder as you go about your day!
