But They That Wait Upon The LordНамуна
Strength Renewed.
When you choose to wait on the Lord, He will renew your strength. Waiting requires patience. Waiting has purpose. Waiting produces maturity. When you choose to intentionally wait on the Lord and willfully surrender your will over to Him — God will renew your strength. Place your hope in Christ. Choose to wait on Him.
According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word for ‘Wait’ is ‘qavah’ (H6960) which means: “to look for, to hope and to expect”. In other words, “They that choose to place their hope and expectation in the Lord shall renew their strength.” When you choose to wait on God you are in expectation that He will bring the promise to pass. When you choose to wait on God and choose to place your hope in God’s Way of doing things, you’re choosing to rely upon Him completely. Wait on God. Lean on God. His timing is perfect. His Will is perfect. Choose to place your hope in Him and He will renew your strength.
The Hebrew word for ‘Strength’ is ‘koach’ (H3581) which means: “Power, might and ability”. As you wait on God, He will increase your ability, capacity, capability and character. Wait on God and let Him strengthen every area of your life. Waiting produces patience. Waiting on God is not a form of laziness — it’s a sign of a surrendered heart. There is strength in submission. There is healing in surrendering. Surrender your heart over to Him. Let God strengthen the character of your heart the right way — His Way. Let God strengthen your talent, skills, gifts and abilities. Surrender to Him.
Let God sharpen you in His season. Let God lead your business, finances, career, and ministry. Let God lead your ability to guide your home. Generations depend upon your ability to surrender. God wants you to wait on Him. Choose to wait on God and He will renew your strength. As you wait on God He will refresh you in every area of your life. Choose to trust and wait on Him.
