Free For All: GalatiansНамуна
Galatians 3: The Jewish law is a bit foreign to most of us. After all, we don’t live under the Old Covenant dietary laws or sacrificial regulations, so it is easy to miss the importance of the old law. The law was crucial for establishing social boundaries, so Israel could flourish among pagan nations. Moreover, the Law was a sure sign of God’s approval for His people. Nonetheless, it could never save, reward, or even make us better people. What it could do (and did do) was to point out our sin and point us to our savior, Jesus Christ.
Key Verse: Galatians 3:28, “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus
