Love of God

The longing to be loved is our deepest need as human being and it is God Himself who put this desire in us when He created us. But, we often look for other things than God to fulfill it. When we try to find love in the wrong places, we walk away from God’s original plan for our lives.

Love is a Person; it is not just an object to fulfill our needs. Love originates from God. God is not just the source of love, but He IS love. Our longing could only be fulfilled when we meet and know this perfect Love. He gave Himself to us as a gift, and we don’t earn this gift by the things we did.

Nothing can separate us from God’s love. He loves us so much that He gave His son Jesus for us. When we truly understand this, it will be easier for us to see ourselves as a channel to spread His love. Let's learn to love each other as God has first loved us. Let’s spread His love through our life. Today, whom will we share His love to?
