Trusting God’s Competence

As you work, trust God that: ‘The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.’

Throughout the Bible we are reminded that our God is the God of the impossible. Although we may often be tempted to join in the prayer of Desmond Tutu 'For goodness' sake, why don't You make it more obvious that You are in charge?', the truth is God has the power to bring about all he has said he will do.
