1 # See ch. 1:8 My son, do not forget my teaching,
#
Deut. 8:1; 30:16, 20 but let your heart keep my commandments,

# ch. 7:3; [Jer. 17:1; 2 Cor. 3:3] write them on the tablet of your heart.

and he #[Ps. 73:24]will make straight your paths.

20by his knowledge #Gen. 7:11; [Job 38:8] the deeps broke open,
and #Job 36:28the clouds drop down the dew.

keep sound wisdom and discretion,
22and they will be #See ch. 4:22 life for your soul
and #[ch. 1:9]adornment for your neck.
23 # ch. 10:9; [ch. 28:18; Ps. 91:11] Then you will walk on your way securely,
