BENEFITS OF A SOUND RELATIONSHIP WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT (3)

Two days ago, I started sharing with you the benefits of a sound relationship with the Holy Spirit. Let’s see the second point today.

2. The Holy Spirit will teach and lead you: He knows everything about anything on this planet. The Holy Spirit will counsel you more about your affairs and situation. He can't help you if you are not teachable, but will teach, help, and guide you if you are teachable.

Many years ago, the Lord asked me a question, "Son, if you are given 30 people to minister to their lives for 30 days and they will be separated from all Christian influences for the next 30 years, what will you tell them in 30 days that will help them not to derail in 30 years? I said, "What am I going to tell them?" Thinking of what to say, I said, "Lord, I don't know. What are You going to tell them?" The Lord said, “I will tell them what I told my disciples when I left. I will talk to them about the Holy Spirit."

If you are separated from every Christian influence but you have the Holy Spirit and know Him, you will get home safe and sound. A church may lead you in the wrong direction, but the Holy Spirit will never lead you wrong. Men may lead you wrong, but the Holy Spirit will never lead you wrong.

A man of God was going to a meeting, and he heard a voice in the spirit quoting the book of Joshua (Jos. 3:7), "My son, I will begin to magnify you before the people today, and what I will do with you will make the ears of those that hear it to tingle." He said he took three steps, and then the Holy Spirit hit his head and he said, "No, I reject that in Jesus' name." God does not magnify men. A spirit of flattery had entered his life, but the Holy Spirit came to his aid to recognise it.

PRAYER: Holy Spirit, help me to know You more. I make myself available for You to lead, guide, and teach. Amen!
