The Happy Days and the Ones That Aren't

DAY 1 OF 21

VIDEO TRANSCRIPT BELOW

Have you ever used certain words so often that you forget their meaning? Or maybe don’t even know their true meaning? Let’s consider the word “hope” for a moment. You may have used phrases like “I hope I catch the bus” or “I hope I can hang out later.” But if we think about hope through this Scripture, we are asking God to be our source of hope, our trust, our confidence, and our certainty. Because when we “hope” for things other than catching the bus and hanging out with friends, we will need a stronger hope that can only come from trust, confidence, and certainty that God can provide.

So today, spend time in prayer and ask God to be your source of hope.
