It’s almost hard to wrap our heads around a perfect God who has always been and will continue to be perfect. Since we are constantly changing and growing, we might assume God does, too. His character and Word was, is, and will continue to be perfect, which means it’s reliable. It’s something you can put your confidence in. That’s great news. Even if we sin and mess up and even directly hurt the heart of God, He is not like us. He doesn’t end His love or mercy because we change. He is consistent in love and truth in all seasons.
