Prayer: Time With GodУзорак

This short passage sure does pack a punch. I don’t know about you, but I am not always joyful, and I certainly am not thankful for all the circumstances that happen to me. It can be so hard to experience joy and gratitude, especially when things are crazy in my life. We can easily forget that this passage holds the key to experiencing joy and gratitude- prayer. When we never stop praying, we focus all our attention on God and not our circumstances. It is so easy to get discouraged and forget to keep the conversation with God going. This passage reminds us that we can pray all the time.

Challenge: Today, we want to challenge you to continue the conversation with God regularly. We want to challenge you to talk to God once an hour throughout your entire day. You don’t have to make it a long prayer, but be sure to commune with him every hour and watch how your relationship with him grows.
