“Jesus And The Piggies”

Jesus’ power is much greater than the powers of this world. In this story we encounter a man who crashes into Jesus and is changed. This man didn’t just change a little, but his life went from being broken to healed. We see the power of Jesus and what He can do when He collides with someone’s life.

There are a few things we can see in this story of Jesus and his interaction with the demon-possessed man. We see the power of light (Jesus) over the darkness (the demon-possessed man). Jesus uses His power to cast the demons out – light wins. We also can see what happens when Jesus collides with someone’s life. He doesn’t just slightly change people; He drastically changes people from the inside out. This man had been living in literal darkness – he lived in a cave! Jesus was able to give this man freedom! Wow!
