Growing In Resilience: A Prayer JourneyUzorak
Big God
Recognise the situations where you are tempted to doubt God’s ability to do what He has said. Declare that God’s arm is not too short.
In Numbers 11 we find Moses despondent and ready for death. He cannot see how God can possibly deliver on the promise to provide meat for a month because he limits God's intervention to the ways in which meat has been provided in the past - flocks and herds.
Is the Lord's arm too short? No!
If God has said it, it will happen, though the provision of quail shows that He may do it in ways we cannot imagine.

Whether confronted with difficult life events or extended periods of pressure, resilience helps us to emerge stronger, wiser, and with a deeper faith. Yet such resilience is not automatic – it involves behaviours, thoughts, and actions that are learned and practised over time. This 40-day prayer journey helps us develop practices to grow that resilience.
