Live Life Today!Chikamu
Do you like people?
That's actually a good question, isn't it? A question we seldom ask ourselves because we've subconsciously already made up our minds. Mostly based on the experiences we've had with people.
When I had just arrived in Marrakesh, I was chatting with a hotel guest who had noticed how friendly I was with the staff. "I don't like people," I heard him say.
"But here... here it's somehow different. I arrived last night, and the waiter who served me did so with such consistent kindness and appreciation that I have to admit he's the reason why I'm giving this country a head start of my trust now."
"Wow," I thought. "That's exactly what the world needs! People who are consistently kind and appreciative! If that means that other people, who are usually skeptical towards God, often because they've been hurt, still open their hearts, then it's all worth it! And: It's achievable!"
This encounter has newly encouraged me to be consistently kind and appreciative, because we have exactly this mission: to love people! Why? Because God loves them and wants them to recognize it through us!
If you don't love them, who will? If not today, when?
Let's be consistently kind and appreciative and show people
God's love and patience through us!
Because yes: "The Lord is more pleased when we do what is right and just than when we offer him sacrifices." (Proverbs 21:3 NLT)
You are a miracle!

In these seven days, we will remind ourselves of the importance of living in the NOW and not overlooking what God has in store for us NOW, with, through, and for us! I wish you an open heart and many heavenly "aha moments" as you journey throughout this plan!
