Bold Belief in Full ActionChikamu
Day 3: In
Let’s explore what it means to have Bold Belief while “In” Full Action. On Day 2, we learned about the young Hebrews and how they demonstrated bold faith by standing up to the king and refusing to bow, even though it meant risking their lives. They believed without a shadow of a doubt that their God could deliver them from the furnace. That’s the part we will discuss today; having bold belief while “in” full action.
It was clear to the Hebrew boys that if they didn’t obey the law stated by the king, there would be no exceptions. So even before disobeying, they had to have stored up faith and confidence “in” their God. John 20:29 CEV “Thomas, do you have faith because you have seen me? The people who have faith in me without seeing me are the ones who are really blessed!” Once they were brought before the king and made their stance to not bow down to any other gods, there was no turning back. They had to believe and trust that their God would deliver. Proverbs 24:10 NLT If you fail under pressure, your strength is too small.
As we see, their faith didn’t keep them from suffering the consequences and going into the furnace, but God honored their BOLD faith by entering the situation with them and bringing them out unharmed. Psalms 34:19 NKJV Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all. We will all go through something in this life, and our faith can be tested. But it's in those trying seasons and situations that we can build, strengthen, utilize, and demonstrate our faith while also seeing the faithfulness of our God.
About this Plan
Many times, we see Faith as just a thought or a belief. But Faith means so much more. It's tapping into a greater strength and boldness through what our hearts believe. In this five-day plan, you will explore how to believe and the significant outcome when you put your Bold Belief into Full Action.
