Practical Peace - Four Days and Four Ways to Live a Life of Peace

ZUVA 1 REMAZUVA 4

Peace Is a Gift

Before you start on this journey of finding inner peace, you should know this very important fact: It is God's desire to give you peace. Jesus says this:

John 14:27 NLT

“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.

Peace is a gift; peace is not a prize!

You don’t have to work for it or strive for it; you just need to receive it. Peace is a gift from Jesus and it is his desire for you to have it.

Prayer:

Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for the gift of peace that you so willingly have given me. I receive your peace and make a commitment today not to look for peace in any place other than you. I won't be troubled or afraid anymore but will keep my eyes focused on you. I pray this in your name, Jesus. Amen.
