Reset: Diligence Is a Choice. It’s Time to Execute.Chikamu
Seest Thou A Man Diligent In His Business?
“Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.” Proverbs 22:29 KJV
According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word for “Diligent” is, ‘mahiyr’ (H4106) which means, “Quick, prompt, skilled, ready.” Stay ready. Sharpen your skills. Don’t let your skills remain dormant. Let God breathe upon the skills, talents and gifts that He’s given you. Surrender your gifts to Him and diligently execute upon your assignment.
God has given you specific gifts, talents and abilities in order to fulfill a specific assignment. Sharpen your gifts by surrendering to God. Keep executing. Don’t stop. Don’t quit. Surrender every skill over to Christ and watch God get the glory through your business, career, talent, gift and ability. “Do you see a man diligent and skillful in his business? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men.” Proverbs 22:29 AMPC
Keep executing and stay focused. Diligence will set you before kings. Diligence will open doors. Diligence will set you apart from the pack. You are not ordinary. Make the decision to diligently execute. Start that project. Build that business. Go back to school. Sharpen your gifts. Do it God’s Way. “Do you see any truly competent workers? They will serve kings rather than working for ordinary people.” Proverbs 22:29 NLT
