Become Emotionally Healthy!

ZUVA 5 REMAZUVA 7

Take care of your soil…

Do you feel like you were born with a “green thumb”? Personally, I find it’s not always easy to keep a plant healthy so it grows and blooms…

To be able to grow, a plant needs something in particular: good soil, soil full of the nutrients the plant needs. No doubt you already know...not just any soil can effectively nourish a plant!

In order for it to accomplish its mission, and to be a “stimulator” for the plant, the soil must have an excellent water retention capacity to maintain a sufficient level of humidity in the soil while allowing effective aeration in the plant’s roots so that they’re able to breathe. It also has to be rich in trace elements.

Your soil is your heart! And it’s so important to take care of it!

  • Keep the soil of your heart moist by watering it regularly with the Word of God, which refreshes your inner being and also influences your outer being! For it is out of the abundance of the heart that the mouth speaks, the Word tells us. (see Matthew 12:34)
  • Aerate the soil of your heart often with prayer. Sincere dialogues with your God will be like huge breaths of fresh air in your daily life. As you pray, may your words be sincere, genuine, and as transparent as possible, and may you also have ears attentive to listen to all He wants to say to you.

Take care of your heart. It’s from your heart life comes, as the Bible tells us…“Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.” (Proverbs 4:23)
